Shipping Policy

At McAvy, we want your fragrance to arrive quickly, safely, and without stress. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We also ship to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa) and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (not available for PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or military addresses).

Tip: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $95 (delivered within 5–7 business days).
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, Territories & Military Zones: orders over $95 ship at a discounted $9 flat rate (7–8 business days).

 

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

 

PO Boxes & Special Addresses

  • We can ship to PO Boxes, but only with Standard Shipping via USPS.
  • Express delivery is not available for PO Boxes, Territories, or military addresses.

Peak Season Delays

During high-volume times (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, early December, and holidays), deliveries may take longer. We’ll always do our best to ship promptly, but please allow extra time just in case.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@mcavybeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
